I am replying to list to help with the plant.  I don't know what the
larvae are off-hand...

Sapphire dragon tree is most likely Paulownia tomentosa [= P. imperialis]
from China.  It is variously placed in the Scrophulariaceae (currently) or
Bignoniaceae (older texts).
