WELL STATED!   A powerful point driven home.  Thanks for another example of
the ridiculousness of many of the world's restrictions on collecting, which
do absolutely nothing to save habitat. 

I will keep this posting in my scrapbook, and also recommend that Mr.
Nielse's posting be considered MANDATORY reading for anyone who gets involved
in the collecting restrictions debate, or is involved in drafting
regulations.  I also hope Neil Jones adds this one to his website.
