I've beaten the small blue (Cupido minimus), as record holder, into
submission with an astonishing specimen (wild caught) of Silver-Studded Blue
(Plebejus Argus).
It is a bright blue male with a wingspan of 6mm!
The smallest small blue I have ever seen measured a whopping 8.5mm!
Anyone else noticed that the Silver-Studded Blue is smaller than the small blue.
