Hi Liz --
There's a book called Hawaiian Insects and Their Kin by Francis G. Howarth
and William P. Mull and published by the Univ. of Hawaii Press, 2840
Kolowalu St., Honolulu, 96822. In it, there is some discussion (about 9
reference in the index) of Eupithecia species plus plus photos. I
purchased the book at Borders Bookstore (in Hawaii) for $17.95, and I
suspect some libraries will have it.
