Phoebis sennae migration underway

Here in Savannah, Ga., gulf frits have been scarce this year - indeed, all
butterflies seem sparse in number. We are usually up to our expectations in
P. sennae because my wife grows sennae magnets (hibiscus), but very few
this year. I blame it on Bill Clinton.
