Carson wandering skipper info?

I have just been informed that a potential project our office is working
on in Carson City, NV may impact habitat used by the Carson wandering
skipper.  Can anyone direct me to information regarding its status
(biological and/or statutory), preferred habitat, plant associations,
abundance, distribution, etc.  Literature, WWW, or knowlegable
individual citations would be greatly appreciated.
