southern vagrants

Southern species are moving into the northeast, in particular into 
Connecticut. This past weekend in Hamden, CT, two individuals of both 
Little Yellow (Eurema lisa) and Cloudless Sulphur (Phoebis sennae) were 
observed in the same yard. In this yard last week, an Ocola Skipper 
(Panoquina ocola) was nectaring on Buddleia. Also, 4 additional E. lisa 
were seen today (8/31/98) in Connecticut. Who knows what else might turn 
up????
