participate from our places of employment, where we don't necessarily have
any Internet access outside of email.  Even when we might have Web access,
we don't necessarily have access to a news server.  As has already been
mentioned, this type of access is often restricted.

	I would agree with this, although once subscribed I would argue that
the list would be easier for a computer novice to use than Usenet.
