Reported in the Saturday, Dec. 12, New York Times obituaries:
"Kenneth C. Brugger, a self-effacing amateur naturalist who made an
unforgettable discovery, died on Nov. 25 at his home in Austin, Tex. He
was 80." and lots more.
The Indians, it seems, were also fascinated to find out where their
monarchs came from, and where they went when they disappeared.
It's a good story; you can get it on line I imagine.
