Apparently Ken passed away on November 25th. I'm heading to our local public library. I checked and the Dec. 12th New York Times carried an article-format obituary on Ken, and our library has it. I'll send a copy to Fred and Norah Urquhart. Fred turned 87 on Sunday! Don Davis Toronto, ON
