I had my first ever trip to America in May, and managed to pick up a copy of
your book in Anaheim, California. (No, I wasn't visiting Disneyland). I
thought it very reasonably priced well produced and illustrated, and
potentially useful, although not so much so on the Western coast! Was there
ever a Western Moths Field guide?

Anyway, congratulations on having produced such a good book, and
commiserations on your publishers'short sightedness!
