Semjase,

The man said the bacillus thuringiensis is not killing his moth
caterpillars no matter how much he drenches them and the host plants
with the stuff. You said b.t. is a "destroyer of butterflies of all
types bar none" and areas sprayed with it (e.g. for moth control) are
"contaminated for years to come".  This doesn't explain why his b.t. has
failed to kill his moth caterpillars.
