Painted Lady Migration

The Painted Lady migration is picking up. Using the counting
method suggested here on the list I found the number to be
about 1 per minute crossing a 30m line at my home in Fremont,
California. They were all flying from the southeast to the
northwest. The temperature was 72 degrees and the winds about
5 mph from the northwest. I counted them for about 20 minutes.
