I don't know about web pages, but you could post them to: alt. binaries.pictures.animals With most browsers, you post a picture by clicking the "Attachment" button and adding the picture to a normal text post. There might also be a few other appropriate newsgroups to choose from out there in cyberspace. Hope this helps.
