Monarch migration

I was hoping someone could help me gather concrete data on average monarch
migration timing down through the Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.  I require some
details in order to modify a land management protocol for a field with a
large biomass of common milkweed.  Specifically, when do Monarchs run through
a final larval stage in this area (or nearby)? Thanks for any help you can
