Migrant Moths...Mexico...ID?

This sounds like a Urania migration.  Neil Smith published on these mass movements 
which can occur synchronously over large areas of the Neotropics.  I witnessed a 
movement of these in Costa Rica.  I consider them Swallow-tail like, brilliant green 
and black, rather than luna-like.
