Moving a collection - advice?

	In 1965 I moved a collection of spread butterflies (about 40 large
glass-topped drawers) from New Haven CT to Fairbanks AK, by commercial
moving van. They arrived undamaged. The only precautions I took were:

1. Shove all the pins into the pinning bottom _hard_.

2. For a few specimens with large abdomens, place pins on each side of the
abdomen.

3. I crated the drawers myself--they were not in cabinets.
