I think it would be good for someone (WHO?) to post a little note to the
list once a month or something, directing people to the list charter, the
list homepage, any FAQs, the livestock list, etc., so people would be made
aware of these things and where to find them.  On some lists, the
listowner does this... any volunteers for the job?
