Monarch history

Dear listers, particularly the person that asked the question about 
evolutionary history of the Monarch (unfortunately deleted before 
replying),

         There is a book called the Milkweed Butterflies in which the 
authors do a decent job of delineating the relationships of the 
species of Danaidae.  I don't have the entire reference but do have 
the book at home and will provide the entire reference if anyone is 
interested.
