Looking for Lacey Act info

I seem to recall reading something pertaining to the Lacey Act
in the News of the Lepsoc sometime in the past couple of years.
Can't remember if this was about grandfathering material or
what.  Well, last night I went looking for it and couldn't
find it, although I believe I've got all the issues.  Am I
hallucinating?
