What supplier do people use in the US for the fascicles of the Moths of
North America series?  Does anyone have a recent US price list for these
volumes?

Also, does anyone know anything about the Atlas of North American
Leidoptera apparently planned to cover all NA species and described at:

http://www.troplep.org/atlasna.htm

Is there any news on this project and when it may begin publication?
