Hi out there
In these days Peacocks (Inachis io) and Red Admirals (Vanessa atalanta)
emerge in Denmark. The Red Admirals are suspected to be the offspring of
the late May immigration, which was observed in several places in the
country. We don't know yet whether the fresh butterflies will reproduce
or enter a reproductive diapause, but more information on that subject
will be added when the migrations begin.
Also a Pale Clouded Yellow (Colias hyale) observed at Zealand on 31
July by Michael Nielsen..
