SEABA Field Trip to U of A

The SouthEast Arizona Butterfly Association will have a field trip on
Tuesday, December 7, at 6:30 PM led by Carl Olson.
Carl, who makes entomology fun, will take us on a tour of the insect
collection
of the University of Arizona. Our main focus will be lepidoptera, but
the beetles are
outstanding too. What we will see represents mainly the American
Southwest and northern
Mexico. We'll learn about what's there, why it's there, who put it
there,
and  how we may use this community resource. We hope to set up
microscopes for
really close views.
     The event will take place in Room 412 on the fourth floor of the
Forbes
Building, just south of Old Main not far from the West Gate at
University
