Suggestions for a camera for taking butterfly photo's

Good question, though a trifle off-topic.
In this context, I think of the greater honor and glory of God, the
celebration of What Is, which is what I learned at my father's knee, and
it occurs to me that this idea can be bent to do a great deal of harm.
Depends on what you mean by "Is", i guess. Truth, maybe, if you don't
care for the word God.
In the case of the butterfly, chilling it may do it no harm at all, and
you're simply leaving footprints ... and you could, after all, have
collected it. From its point of view, definitely a step up.
In the world where I grew up, though, this was called nature faking, and
got no respect. These were the days when you put your tarantula and your
mantis, or your lion and your bear or whatever into your cage and let it
duke it out while you took pictures.
Now, what with computer animation, I can't imagine why I thought
artistic integrity would work the same way. The point is to love the
butterfly, I think ... whatever form that love may take.
In other words, all right, already, I'll take it all back.
