Hi Neil,
the figured burnet moth belongs to the species Zygaena (Agrumenia) separata
STAUDINGER, 1887.
Most probably it's the nominate subspecies (Z. separata separata) which is
flying in the Tienshan mountain range in Kyrgyzstan (according to A. Hofmann
& W. G. Tremewan 1996: A systematic catalogue of the Zygaeninae). Hope this
