Samia cynthia advena

I am looking for information about samia cynthia advena:
1) distribution and range;
2) flight times;
3) natural and alternatehost plants;
4) calling time;
Any links to images would be greatly appreciated as would character 
descriptions distinguishing this species from other Samia species.  I 
do not have access to a good library here on P.E.I. with regard to 
lepidoptera.
