    Distribution is still a bit sketchy but it appears Cynthia is a suburban
critter.  Apparently in the country parasites are a real problem.
Large population are in New York City, Lebanon PA, Pittsburgh PA.  It should
eventually be found in any suitable locations along the Atlantic coast from
Connecticut to Georgia, but dont count on it.   Adults emerge in late June or
early July.   Calling times are just befor dawn(0400-0600).  As for st plan
