Papilio glaucus diapause?

I reared two Papilio glaucus (Tiger Swallowtails) recently. One female
emerged after 16 days, however, the second pupa has not emerged after 41
days, and the weather is hot right now.

Seems like a strange time to be in diapause. Can I influence it to emerge in
anyway, or should I just wait?  Even though it is at 41 days in the pupa
stage, is it still likely that it will emerge this summer?
