mosquito control and non-target organisms

Does anyone have references to studies that have calibrated the taxonomic
spectrum of toxicity affected by mosquito adulticides in common use?
  Presumably they are effective against more than one mosquito genus. Do
they affect craneflies and other nematocerans? Are they effective against
all flies? Are they a threat to scorpionflies or caddis flies? How far from
a mosquito, taxonomically does a non-target organism have to be to be in no
danger from mosquito adulticide applications? Are endangered species of
salamanders safe? Presumably the managers of wildlife refuges in urban and
suburban settings must be concerned with this?
