Posting lep locations to list

I would like to suggest that inquiries regarding particular good areas 
that are posted on the list should be answered on the list, to avoid 
future duplication.  The information will be of more than isolated 
interest, and it would be a matter of self-defense, since a successful 
inquiry (as for example South Florida) will generate more inquiries.
