I am wondering who first lumped aquilo as a subspecies of glandon and what
evidence or reasoning they used to do this.  Relevant literature citations
on this topic would be welcome. Thanks. Also a citation re. fixation of the
type locality of aquilo would be interesting since I have seen two different
published interpretations of which continent should be viewed as correct. Is
there a holotype, neotype or lectotype somewhere and what does the label say
about its origin.
