Herse convolvuli

Just a technical note, Herse is a junior synonym of Agrius - maybe
you should approach the Entomological Livestock Group (a websearch
should find them) on the matter. I believe Agrius convolvuli has been
used to little effect for this purpose, but I'm afraid I don't recall
the reference. You might also take a look at the Sphingidae of the
Western Palaearctic (http://tpittaway.tripod.com/sphinx/list.htm) and
look at the write up given there for A. convolvuli (will also give
details of synonymy).

best regards,
