False codling moth

Hello 
Does anyone have any digital photographs of false codling moth (Cryptophlebia leucotreta), preferably adults, larvae and fruit damage.  This is a significant pest of fruit in Africa, especially South Africa.  I have searched the net without success, but if anyone knows of a site with photographs please let me know.
