Proper Scientific name

I don't know the checkerspot, nor the famous entomologist who gave his name, but
the basics for using genitives in _scientific_ latin names are very simple :

Mr Gillett gives gilletti
Prof. Gillette gives gillettei
Rev. Gilletti gives gillettii

We have many examples of taxa that were (slightly) changed (emendation) because
their genitive construction was not good
