French Entomologists? - Research Inquiry

Greetings!

Are there any entomologists located in France who might be able to assist
me with a research inquiry? I'm trying to locate a paper published in a
French journal in the 19th century. If someone in France who has ready
access to a good entomological library and has a few minutes to locate a
paper could assist me I would greatly appreciate it. Please reply to
