Old name issue

[Kondla, Norbert FOR:EX]

I am curious about which of two old butterfly names is the older of the two.
To answer the question we need to find out the exact publication dates of
the original descriptions. Can anyone with access to a good library provide
the exact dates and the evidence for said publication dates ? The pertinent
OD's appear on pp586-587, Novitates Zool. vol 13, 1906 and on p379 Ent. News
vol 17 1906.  Thank you.
