Old name answer

Re. my old name question; Martin Honey has kindly provided the following
answer: " P. glaucus
canadensis R. & J. was published in the August 1906 part of Novitates
Zool., whereas P. rutulus arcticus was in the December 1906 part of Ent.
News (the wrapper of our copy of that part was received on 22 Dec. 1906)
--- so unless anyone else comes up with different info (such as eg. the
august 1906 nov zoo was actually published in january 1907, horror of
horrors); I can put that question to bed and stop wondering about it.
