Some of you may be interested by the new website 'Moths of Belize' at
http://www.tropicalmoths.org. About 400 species of identified or
partially-identified moths from this small Central American country
have been put up so far (complete with colour illustration of adult) in
the families Psychidae, Cossidae, Megalopygidae, Limacodidae,
Dalceridae, Sphingidae, Saturniidae, Lasiocampidae, Oxytenidae,
Apatelodidae, Mimallonidae, Hedylidae, Uraniidae, Arctiidae,
Lymantriidae, Dioptidae and Doidae. Some Notodontidae images have been
put up and the remainder of these, as well as images of Noctuidae and
Geometridae, should appear in the weeks to come. Corrections and/or
additions to identifications - and any other constructive comments -
would be welcomed.

Many of the moth species found in Belize occur in adjacent countries
and any information on their occurrence and ranges in these would be
very much appreciated.
