I suspect you would gradually see a homogeneous void of very similar tissues
and cells gradually over a few days differentiate into tissues with contrasting
imaging characteristics.  You'd eventually see a embryonic moth... though I
believe the hardened exoskelaton of the fully formed adult might show much more
tissue contrast and detail.

Let us know the results if you manage to do it.  I think it's a very
interesting question.
