Both of the above Web sites have at least portions in English, with links
to other Web sites in English, and, of course, much that is in Spanish. I
found out about the Chilean Insects Web site from my friend at the
biodiversity Web site, Cristian Xavier Perez Apablaza.  He also supplied
the titles of some interesting books about Chilean insects:

1. "Introduccion a los Insectos de Chile" (1986) L. Pena Edit.
Universitaria
2. "Insectos de la Alta Montana del Valle del Elqui" (1997) J. Cepeda
Impresos Universitaria
3. "Mariposas de Chile" (1997) L. Pena  Edit. Universitaria. I think
portions of this book may be in
English.
