Any suggestions for a butterfly related science project?

I live in Miami, Florida.  In the suburbs.  We have a butterfly garden
and regularly see Monarch, Gulf Fritillary, Zebra longwing, gaint
swallowtail, various sulphurs and julia butterflies.  We have several
larval host plants.
