"What Happened to our Biggest Moths"

If there is no evidence that Compsilura 
concinnata has arrived or exists in Illinois, 
does that mean there has not yet been a decline in the large Silk Moths 
there. 

What about in other parts of North America where the parasite was not 
introduced (if there are such parts).
