Larval preservation

	I also have seen Joe Belicek's preserved larvae. It's not simply
plaster of Paris that he fills them with, but a mixture of that with some
sort of silicone oil. The result is a fully colored larva that can be
picked up and handled. I told him he should write the method up for
publication--but he has not (to my knowledge) done so.
