Lycaena florus

So far as I know this butterfly has never been illustrated in color.  The
male illustrated in Alberta Butterflies is, in my opinion, actually a L.
helloides.  I have placed a color image and some brief text at this website:
http://www.norbert.eboard.com  .  I would welcome e-dialogue with anyone who
has an interest in or access to western north american specimens of the
chaos that is helloides/dorcas/florus. At least Lycaena dospassosi seems
clear enough to me :-)
