butterfly delicacies?

Please help with the following questions:

(1) Any group(s) of people who feed (or historically, were known to have fed) on adult butterflies? (not moths, not larva, yes for nutrition)

(2) Are edible parts of butterflies (Leps, or any specific genera, species) especially rich in any nutrients?  If so, which?

Not too many jokes as it is hard enough top stomach my dead tuna sandwich.  

Any details would be interesting...
