importing monarchs

Clark Thompson wrote, "Prefer California supplier (of monarchs)  because I don't have USDA permits to import these into California. But if you are out of state and have the permits, that will be OK."

Please be informed that you will not get the required State permits to import monarchs either; to bring them in is not ok.  By all means, find a California supplier.
