In Germany, I don't know.
In Belgium, I don't think so.

For flemish distributionmaps you can go to www.instnat.be -> onderzoek
(the english site is under construction) -> populatie en
verspreidingsecologie -> dagvlinders -> verspreidingskaarten (for
disto-maps) or soorten per utm-hok (for all species in a certain
utm-square)

For wallon distributionmaps you can go to

papillons diurnes 
Erebia aethiops does occur there but there's no coast
