Only one message today! Maybe what we need is a little controversy
(although I really don't expect any takers).
Global Warming has finally been recognized as real and caused my human
activity (emission of green house gases, etc.). Since it will result in
dramatic changes in world weather patterns, undoubtedly it will cause
some lepidopteran species to go to extinction. However, overall, could
global warming be a boon for lepidopteran speciation, which we won't be
around to see in our short life time. Could global warming be the next
"Cambrian" (species explosion) for lepidoptera?

p.s. I collected one Anthocharis sara today in Arizona.
