WHAT'S OLD AND WHAT'S NEW ABOUT THE WISE USE MOVEMENT

Dear lepidopterists,

It doesn't take much effort to find documented studies of the Wise Use
movement. Anti-federal sentiments may be widespread -- I don't know
anyone who likes all US government programs, e.g. I shudder at the mess
the Army Corps of Engineers does to the riverine landscape of my valley
-- but that doesn't make the Wise Use movement grassroots.
