Purchase Mexican Logging rights???  Maybe I missed something, but I suppose 
the humor here is that some do-gooding organization pay someone off to not 
log (mostly illegally so someone else can sneak in and do it)?  Or would 
folks like US border control be asked to patrol the affected areas?  Truly 
not very humorous.  Just to think that it is too had to control the illegal 
logging in the Desierto de Los Leones right in Mexico CITY itself!!...
